Yes. We build around 50 Hz planning, set camera shutter accordingly, and use flicker‑tested drivers/ballasts with a silent footprint for venues.

Is 24‑hour work allowed during expo hall builds?

At SNIEC, 24‑hour working is not permitted; late working requires an OT application before the daily cutoff time and additional fees.

Can you issue VAT fapiao and handle Carnets?

Yes. We issue VAT fapiao for eligible lines (often 6% for production services), and we can arrange ATA Carnet or local mirrors where cross‑border kit is involved.

RGBWW key (e.g., soft panel), punchy LED (e.g., 300–600W), negative fill, flags, 2× Astera‑style tubes for accents, compact distro and sandbags.

Product / tabletop

Hard source with projection, small fresnels, bounce kits, cues for specular, and DMXable dimming for precise ramps.

Night exterior

LED space/volume options or HMI (M18/M40 class) where appropriate, lifts/condors via venue‑approved vendors, road management in coordination with location permits.

For multi‑stage builds or expo halls, we align with venue rules and file service orders through our production coordination desk, with inventory mirrored via China equipment rental partners.

Venue rule‑of‑thumb (SNIEC / NECC)

Overtime & 24‑hour work: SNIEC does not permit 24‑hour working. Overtime must be applied for by the daily cutoff (commonly 15:00) and fees may apply.
Power energisation: venues won’t energise power until customer‑side electrical installs pass inspection; sub‑standard installs cause delays.
Rigging & special structures: certain overhead/second‑storey elements require appointed surveyor sign‑off.

We route all forms and power orders through our coordination team so G&E can build on time.

Crew & welfare

Budgeting OT

We plan to widely used baselines: 1.5× weekdays, 2× rest days, 3× statutory holidays. Sane turnarounds keep the crew fresh.

Billing & tax

We issue VAT fapiao (often at 6% for production‑service lines) and align Golden Tax with your PO workflow.

Post handoff

Dailies and asset logs ride through our post‑production service with consistent scene/take and LUT notes for color.
