  • UAV (national): From Jan 1, 2024, CAAC’s UOM platform requires real‑name registration for all civil UAV owners; UOM handles airspace queries and controlled‑zone applications.
  • Flight timing: Typical practice is applying by local deadlines for controlled airspace; we align pilot rosters and boxes to UOM approvals.
