Questions & Answers

Can you help with visas?
We provide invitation letters and guidance, but visa issuance is determined by consulates. See our 2025 visa guide for documents and lead times.
How long do filming permits take?
Standard street/park filings can take 5–15 working days; sensitive interiors, heritage zones, or brand activations may require longer.
Do we need a local company as a partner?
Not always. For many projects we can sponsor permits as the local production contractor; some sensitive sites may require an additional local host.
Can you secure factory or office interiors?
Yes—requires site owner consent, safety compliance, and sometimes district filings. We advise based on your schedule and risk tolerance.
What about drones?
Licensed local pilot, compliance with airspace/airport buffers, and advance filings where needed. City rules differ.
Can you provide full crew?
Yes—bilingual producer/AD, camera, sound, gaffer, grip, PA, drivers. We scale to the brief.
How do payments work?
International wire or local invoicing. We outline taxes/withholding upfront so there are no surprises.
What’s your coverage?
Nationwide with strong networks in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, plus Tier‑2 cities.
