  • Separate Puxi and Pudong stops on the movement plan. Give the supplier the actual loading address, contact and agreed collection or delivery window.
  • Confirm vehicle access with the location team, including parking, loading-bay bookings, lift dimensions and any restrictions affecting the chosen vehicle.
  • For Jing'an interiors, Bund exteriors or Lujiazui offices, identify where cases can be held and how the camera team reaches the set from the unloading point.

Media & Editorial Handover

  • Name the person responsible for offloading, verifying copies and authorizing card reuse.
  • Agree drive quantities, file naming, camera reports and any proxy or viewing-LUT requirements with editorial.
  • Keep the rental media return time separate from the deadline for delivering footage to post.
