We provide production support services including but not limited to: fixer services, permit handling, crew sourcing, logistics, and full production coordination.

All services are subject to availability, project scope, and formal agreement via email or signed contract.

### 2. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are custom and based on project needs. A deposit may be required to begin work. Payment terms will be stated clearly in all proposals or contracts.

### 3. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and work produced remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.

### 4. Liability
While we strive for excellence, Alchemist Films is not liable for:
– Delays caused by third parties or local authorities
– Client-provided equipment or footage
– Force majeure events (e.g., weather, pandemics, travel restrictions)

### 5. Cancellations
Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Last-minute cancellations may incur partial fees depending on pre-booked crew or services.

### 6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Please check back for the most current version.
