Qatar Airways launched its global television commercial (TVC) campaign titled “Going Places,” featuring iconic cities such as Shanghai, New York, London, Dubai, and Paris.

For the Shanghai segment, Alchemist Films partnered with a UK-based agency to deliver full local production services. Our team provided comprehensive support including location scouting, permit acquisition, talent casting, and sourcing top-quality local lighting and camera equipment.

A standout moment of the campaign was the elaborate dragon dance shoot in Shanghai’s historic Yu Garden, which involved road closures and coordination of over 100 crew members. This large-scale commercial production highlights Qatar Airways’ global network and diverse destinations through visually striking storytelling.
